Simple from start to finish

We've designed the process to be as straightforward as possible for you and for your candidates, wherever they are in Canada.


  1. You submit a request

    Fill out our secure online form with the check type and your candidate's basic information. The whole thing takes about two minutes.

  2. Your candidate gives consent

    We send your candidate a short, mobile-friendly consent form. Under PIPEDA, candidate consent is required before any background check can be conducted. We handle all the compliance language for you.

  3. We run the checks

    Once consent is confirmed, we get to work. Most checks are completed within a few hours to 1 - 3 business days. We'll keep you posted if anything takes longer.

  4. You receive a clear report

    We deliver your results in plain, easy-to-read language. No confusing legal jargon, just the information you need to make a confident hiring decision.

  5. We support your next steps

    If a report flags something, we'll walk you through your obligations as a Canadian employer before you take any action. You're never on your own.
