Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing conducted at accredited Canadian collection sites nationwide. We offer 5-panel and 10-panel urine tests covering the most common substances. Commonly required for safety-sensitive roles in construction, transportation, healthcare, and industrial settings. Results are handled with full confidentiality and in compliance with applicable Canadian human rights and privacy legislation.

SOQUIJ check

SOQUIJ (Société québécoise d'information juridique) is Quebec's official legal information service providing access to Quebec court decisions, judgements, and legal proceedings that may not appear on a standard criminal record check. A SOQUIJ search is particularly relevant for Quebec-based hires in positions of trust, financial responsibility, or where a thorough legal history is required. This check is unique to Quebec and complements a standard RCMP criminal record check for Quebec candidates.

An official driving record pulled directly from the candidate's provincial licensing authority, showing licence status, demerit points, suspensions, and traffic violations. Essential for any role involving driving a company vehicle, operating equipment on public roads, or where a clean driving record is a condition of employment or insurance coverage.

We conduct structured, professional reference interviews with the candidate's provided contacts — former managers, supervisors, or colleagues — using a standardized set of questions relevant to the role. You receive a written summary of each reference conversation, including insights on work ethic, strengths, areas for development, and whether the reference would rehire the candidate.

A structured review of a candidate's publicly available social media presence across major platforms, conducted using a standardized compliance framework to identify content that may be relevant to the role — such as evidence of discriminatory behaviour, harassment, or conduct inconsistent with your organization's values. Importantly, our process is designed to protect you from inadvertently viewing protected characteristics (race, religion, disability, etc.) and is conducted in accordance with Canadian human rights legislation. Note: not available for Quebec-based candidates under Law 25.

Credential verification

We verify professional licences, trade certifications, academic degrees, and other credentials directly with the issuing institution or regulatory body. Critical for regulated professions including healthcare, engineering, education, law, real estate, and the skilled trades. Confirms not only that the credential exists but that it is current, in good standing, and has not been suspended or revoked.
